Dr. Izycky has approximately 15 years of experience working within legal settings on complex litigation and clinical negligence cases. She frequently serves as a Clinical Lead within multidisciplinary teams (MDTs), guiding person-centred neurorehabilitation programmes for individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and neurological disorders.

Her work focuses not only on cognitive rehabilitation, but also on psychological adjustment, emotional regulation, identity change, and the wider physiological impact of trauma and chronic stress.
